Capabilities: Production Machining
Mazak Nexus 4000-II equipped with a Mazak Palletech system that contains six pallets, production management and probing software that allows Allen Tool to run “lights out”. This state of the art system allows for three shifts of production while requiring only one shift of manned operation. This level of efficiency allows us to be very competitive on both low and high volume production runs.
One of two Automatic Pallet Changing Vertical Machining Centers. Pictured machine is fitted with a custom vacuum system enabling us to use vacuum fixtures on both pallets without interrupting production on the pallet being machined.
