Reverse Engineering

We at Allen Tool Phoenix will meticulously measure your existing detailed part or assembly and then develop a CAD drawing for your review. Interfacing with you, our sales engineer will also offer suggestions and pricing as to optimal machining / manufacturing method, as well as possible design enhancements. Once your review is complete we will machine / manufacture the design you feel most comfortable with in either our Tool Room or on our CNC equipment.

     Pre-Production Modeling / Prototyping

We at Allen Tool Phoenix believe the greatest opportunities for cost savings occur during the Pre-Production stages in the product development cycle. To this end our sales and engineering staff will work in partnership with you to create cost-effective prototypes and models that satisfy your design requirements. During this process we will also present you with manufacturing options aimed at increasing part longevity while reducing product costs.

     CMM Inspection / Six Sigma Capabilities

We at Allen Tool Phoenix offer CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection capability for your part layout or sampling. Our Sheffield RS 30 CMM will provide you with a documented report showing as dimensional variability, true positioning data from established datum's, and any departures from drawing specification. All of our metrology equipment is maintained under a rigorous calibration system.

We also offer analytical analysis of sampling data using "Minitab" software to make statistical inferences. Our process certified professionals will not only produce the highest quality parts for you, but also offer machine process capability studies.
